For each customer of our apps where kids are users, we strive to track *no data*.
We do, however, collect device information for push notifications if the customer allows push notifications for our apps. Also, anonymized crash reports are sent to us through Apple (if allowed by the user) to help us in reducing crashes and providing the best user experience possible.
The above-mentioned data collection is in accordance with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), which was established by U.S. Congress to protect children’s online privacy.
1) The information is not shared and used only for diagnostics and game play.
2) Collected data, such as device ID, is no longer usable after the child (or parent) deletes the app. If the parent requires further efforts to delete all record of a particular device, please contact jpswensen@swengames.com
